Support teams spend hours on repetitive tasks like routing tickets, updating records and drafting similar replies — leading to slow response times, inconsistent service quality and high operational costs.

Built an end-to-end automation system using n8n workflows and AI APIs. Incoming emails are analyzed by AI to understand intent and classify issues into categories like returns, shipping, product questions or complaints. The system generates natural responses based on issue type and company context, automatically escalates complex cases to human agents, and logs everything in an organized ticket system with full tracking.
