CarYe
A two-sided automotive platform for the Dutch market connecting car owners with garages. Consumers use a React Native mobile app to find, compare and book garages, while garage owners manage their business through a React web dashboard — all powered by a shared Supabase backend with real-time updates.

psychologyThe Challenge
In the Netherlands, finding a trustworthy garage is a fragmented experience — consumers rely on Google Maps reviews and word of mouth with no way to compare prices, check real-time availability or book digitally. For garages, managing appointments is done via phone calls, WhatsApp or paper calendars with no affordable digital booking system available.
lightbulbThe Solution
Built two applications sharing a single Supabase backend: a React Native (Expo) mobile app where car owners search garages on an interactive map with color-coded availability, compare service prices, book time slots, manage vehicles and track maintenance history with Dutch APK rules built in. Plus a React web dashboard where garages manage bookings in real-time via Supabase Realtime, set availability, handle services and pricing, and view customer reviews — with KVK verification and an approval gate for quality control.
